ALEX NAME | RETROSPECTIVE
Join us SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2025 from 4PM to 6PM for the opening reception of ALEX NAME | RETROSPECTIVE at 25 Central Square, presenting watercolor paintings by the artist. The opening reception for the artist is hosted by Amavida Coffee and Anne Hunter Galleries in conjunction with the Seaside Prize, the annual weekend-long award ceremony for The Seaside Institute with gallery proceeds benefitting the The Seaside Institute and artist proceeds benefitting The Ogani Family who lost their home in the Palisades Fires.
About the Artist
I’ve always loved art in all of its forms. Having done theater for more than 10 years. Later on, I’ve also incorporated another passion, painting! For what I’ve used my continuous love of nature; skies; water; sailboats and people’s dynamics, as well as some architecture. It has given me lots of joy on a daily basis, and it is now out there, to be shared with others for their enjoyment.
